To ensure the security and efficiency of transactions processed through our platform, transaction fees will be applied. These fees are detailed below to fully inform you of the costs associated with using our payment system.

Standard Fees

Base fee per successful transaction:

A fee of 6.9% + $0.30 will be charged on each successful transaction processed by our platform. This includes payments made via Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as compatible payment services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay when linked to a Visa or Mastercard.

Fees for international cards:

If a payment is made using an international credit card, an additional fee of 1.6% of the total transaction amount will be applied.

Currency conversion fees:

If a currency conversion is required (e.g., if the payment is made in a different currency than that of your account), an additional fee of 1.6% of the total transaction amount will be applied.
These fees are automatically deducted from the transaction amount by the platform at the time of payment processing.

Refunds

A significant portion of the costs associated with payment processing fees comes from fees imposed by banks and payment networks, such as Visa and Mastercard. These networks set their own rules regarding fees applicable to refunded payments.

In general, banks and card networks retain the full transaction fees when a refund is issued. Additionally, in certain regions or for specific types of payments, extra fees may be incurred during refunds.

At Ezyy, our goal is to maintain simple and transparent pricing. Our fees cover essential features such as fraud protection, reporting tools, and other payment management services. Therefore, transaction fees are not refunded in the event of a refund.

Payment Processing Time and Terms

Payments will be made within a maximum of 7 business days following the transaction.
An expedited payment option is available upon request for an additional fee. This option allows for faster payment processing, within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the case.

We only accept payments made by Visa and Mastercard, including payments made via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
